Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old
  • Your cancer cells have a protein called CD123 (confirmed by a lab test)
  • You have acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm (BPDCN) that has come back or is not responding to treatment
  • You are expected to live at least 12 more weeks
  • You have a performance status score of 0, 1, or 2 (meaning you can do most daily activities on your own)
  • Your heart, kidneys, liver, and blood counts are within acceptable ranges
