Who can take part
- Be between 40 and 85 years old
- Have a diagnosis of IPF confirmed within the last 5 years
- Your lung breathing test must show FEV1/FVC greater than 0.70
- Your genetic test must match a type that binds the study imaging agent well (TSPO rs6971 high or mixed affinity)
- Be able to sign consent and follow all study visits and instructions
- Not have had a recent IPF flare (acute worsening) in the last 30 days
