Who can take part

  • You are a veteran.
  • You have Parkinson's disease and experience hallucinations or delusions.
  • Your Parkinson's medications have been stable for at least 2 weeks before the study.
  • You have a caregiver or family member who can attend study visits with you.
  • You speak English.
  • You have not taken pimavanserin in the last 3 months, or quetiapine above 50 mg/day, or any antipsychotic in the past week.
