Who can take part
- You must have one of these diagnoses: Parkinson disease, Lewy body disease, multiple system atrophy, Huntington’s disease, frontotemporal dementia, or a related variant
- You must be experiencing hallucinations or delusions that started after the diagnosis and happen at least weekly for 4 weeks, and are severe enough to need treatment
- You must have a study partner who can come with you to study visits
- You must be able to have an MRI scan (or tolerate the MRI testing)
- You must be able to complete neurocognitive (thinking/memory) testing and give consent (or have someone able to consent appropriately, if allowed)
