  • You’re 40 to 80 years old and can join for the full 12 months
  • You can clearly agree to take part (informed consent)
  • You do not have cancer now or a strong personal/family cancer risk
  • You do not have conditions linked to growth hormone problems (or recent growth hormone use in the last 5 years)
  • You do not have Type 1 or long-standing pre-existing Type 2 diabetes, and you’re not on strict fasting or ketogenic diets for the study
