Who can take part
- Be an adult age 18–40
- Have asthma diagnosed by a doctor for at least 6 months
- Your asthma must be “mild persistent” and well controlled (Asthma Control Test score 20 or higher) for the past 6 months
- Lung function must be good (FEV1 above 80% of what’s expected) and test positive for airway “tightness” (methacholine test)
- Your immune markers must be elevated (either blood eosinophils 150+/µL or FeNO 20+ ppb)
