  • You are 18 years old or older
  • You have a confirmed aortic condition such as aortic dissection, penetrating aortic ulcer, or intramural hematoma
  • Your symptoms began within 14 days after surgery
  • You received medical therapy or an open, endovascular, or hybrid repair for the aortic condition
  • You agree (or your guardian agrees) to join the study and follow the visit schedule
