  • You are 16 years old or older
  • You have been diagnosed with PKU (either from newborn screening or later diagnosis)
  • You can give permission (consent) for study tests and procedures
  • You are prescribed Palynziq and are enrolled in the Palynziq REMS program
  • If you join the substudy, you have already finished visit 2 of the main study
