Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 39 years old (17-39 if you are in the military).
  • You exercise (aerobic or resistance training) at least 2 days a week.
  • You are willing to avoid alcohol, smoking, nicotine products, and most supplements during the study.
  • You have no history of blood clots in yourself or your family.
  • You are not taking medications like statins, corticosteroids, or weight-loss drugs (e.g., Ozempic).
