  • You are age 18 or older
  • You recently had a stent procedure (PCI), either urgent or planned
  • You have atrial fibrillation/flutter that is either known already or started within 72 hours after the heart event
  • You have a long-term reason to take oral anticoagulation (a long-term blood thinner) for at least 1 year
  • You do not have conditions that make blood thinners (edoxaban, aspirin, or P2Y12 medicines) unsafe
