Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older and speak English.
- You need a smartphone with internet to use the SpinePal app and a Garmin wristband.
- You must be scheduled for a lumbar or cervical fusion surgery at least 2 weeks from now.
- Your surgery should not be for infection, cancer, or major injury.
