Who can take part

  • You’re an adult (able to legally consent) with chest pain due to angina or a heart attack called NSTEMI
  • You are scheduled for a heart catheter procedure, with planned or possible PCI (opening a blocked artery with a stent or balloon)
  • After the angiogram, at least one coronary artery needs treatment based on how narrowed it looks, or based on pressure/flow measurements (like iFR/FFR) or stress test results
  • You agree to follow the study plan, including scheduled visits and required tests, and you sign informed consent
  • You can’t be having certain recent heart problems or treatments that the study excludes (like a recent STEMI or a stent procedure in the prior year)
