Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 84 years old
- You are scheduled for an elective heart stent procedure (PCI)
- Your symptoms are stable angina or an acute coronary syndrome, but not involving a blocked “culprit” artery during the main emergency treatment
- You can understand the study and sign consent
- You can take aspirin plus a second anti-platelet medicine (like clopidogrel or similar) for at least 6–12 months, unless you take a blood thinner long-term
