Sleep school program for insomnia alongside mental health problems

Who can take part

  • You were referred to the sleep-school at Bjørgvin psychiatric hospital (Bjørgvin DPS).
  • You have insomnia along with moderate to severe mental health symptoms.
  • Your mental health diagnosis must meet the study’s insomnia-plus-mental-health criteria (using Norway’s diagnostic systems).
  • You may qualify if your symptom scores are high enough: BDI 19+ and/or BAI 16+ at referral.
  • You do not do night work (you’re not employed on night shifts).
