- You are not pregnant, and you can use contraception during the study if applicable
- You don’t have certain health conditions like heart disease, severe liver/kidney disease, cancer, epilepsy, or major mental illness
- You haven’t had major surgery or weight-loss (bariatric) surgery
- In the last 3 months, you haven’t used certain medicines that can change body fat or weight
