Who can take part

  • Be 18 years old or older
  • Have no known injuries or other medical problems that would make movement much harder
  • Have not had activity limits before your current neck problem
  • Have moderate to severe age-related neck changes causing myelopathy
  • Be scheduled for decompression surgery for your neck
  • Have a smartphone and be able to download and use the Fitbit app
