Who can take part

  • Be age 2 to 21 at diagnosis, and have medulloblastoma confirmed by biopsy or surgery
  • Have confirmed tumor recurrence on MRI (at least a 1 cm enhancing lesion seen across at least 2 slices)
  • Finish prior radiation at least 4 weeks ago, and prior chemotherapy at least 4 weeks ago (and fully recovered
  • Have enough strength/ability for treatment (KPS ≥50 if over 12, or Lansky ≥50 if 12 or younger)
  • Have generally normal heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, blood counts, and clotting tests, with no active serious problems
  • Be able to swallow capsules and agree to provide tumor tissue samples for the study
