Apremilast for children with frequent mouth ulcers from Behçet’s disease

Who can take part

  • Your child is between 2 and under 18 years old when the study starts
  • A doctor has diagnosed Behçet’s disease using recognized criteria
  • In the past 12 months, your child has had mouth ulcers at least 3 times
  • At the screening visit and on Day 1, your child has at least 2 mouth ulcers
  • Your child has tried at least one non-biologic Behçet’s treatment before (like steroid creams or pills)
  • Your child does NOT have severe active Behçet’s organ or eye problems that need stronger immune-suppressing treatment
