Who can take part
- You have CLL or SLL confirmed by standard blood cancer testing
- Your CLL/SLL needs treatment now based on 2018 treatment guidelines
- You previously received a whole-course (systemic) treatment for CLL
- Your risk level is not low (the study uses blood tests and timing to score you) and you must score at least 2 points
- You are 18 or older, and your overall health is good enough for study treatment (ECOG 0–2)
- Your blood counts, liver tests, and kidney function meet required limits
