  • You are already enrolled (consented) in the NEPTUNE observational kidney study, either with a biopsy or without
  • You get kidney care regularly at a NEPTUNE study site
  • You are the right age for any partner trials that are currently enrolling (age rules can change over time)
  • You can consent, and if needed, your child can assent
  • You speak English or Spanish
