Who can take part
- Be age 18 to 65
- Have non-keratinizing nasopharyngeal carcinoma and a specific stage (T1–4, N1–3) diagnosis
- Be able to do daily activities fairly well (ECOG 0–1)
- Have blood counts, thyroid tests, heart tracing (ECG), and other screening tests within required ranges
- Have good liver and kidney function based on blood tests
- Be willing to follow the study schedule and use reliable birth control if you could become pregnant
