- You were diagnosed with one of these: acute myeloid leukemia, multiple myeloma, hemophilia, aplastic anemia, leukemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, lymphoma, or a bleeding disorder
- Or you received a bone marrow transplant at the study hospitals after January 1, 2020
- You can provide long-term follow-up information (for example, you’re reachable for future check-ins)
- Your alcohol or drug use does not interfere with following study steps
- A study doctor does not believe another serious health problem would make the study unsafe or hard for you to complete
