Who can take part
- You are an adult (age 18 or older).
- Your brain tumor is one where long-term survival is generally better (median survival over 10 years).
- You’re well enough to do daily activities (ECOG 0–1 or a Karnofsky score of 80–100).
- You have no more than minimal thinking/learning memory difficulties (neurocognitive impairment).
- Your treatment plan shows proton therapy would lower radiation dose to key brain areas compared with standard radiation by at least 5%.
- You can and will sign informed consent (agree to participate).
