Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old
- You currently have COVID-19 confirmed by a positive PCR test
- Your chest imaging shows problems in both lungs
- Your doctor expects you could live at least 24 hours
- Your COVID severity matches a WHO score from 4 to 7
- If you are on blood thinners, the type and timing must fit the study plan, and any clot-focused dosing may be allowed only if there is no bleeding after at least 24 hours
