Who can take part
- You must have advanced or metastatic cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
- You must have a tumor that can be seen on scans (like a CT or MRI) to measure response.
- You must have stopped other cancer treatments at least 21 days before starting this study and recovered from side effects.
- You need to have a performance status of 0 or 1 (meaning you are up and active for most of the day).
