Pemigatinib after standard chemo for newly diagnosed AML

Who can take part

  • Be 18 or older and able to understand and sign consent
  • Be newly diagnosed with AML (not the APL/M3 subtype) and be in the intermediate or adverse genetic risk group the study lists
  • Have no FLT3 mutation that would normally qualify you for standard treatment with 7+3 plus midostaurin
  • Be healthy enough for treatment (ECOG 0–2) and plan to have required bone marrow tests during the study
  • Have adequate blood and organ test results, including kidney function, phosphate and blood minerals, bilirubin, and liver enzymes (they may need correction by the start of pemigatinib)
