Who can take part
- You have a health condition, or you’re at high risk for one, and could use help changing health habits
- You want support coping with health problems and long-term (chronic) illness
- You are currently on sick leave, receiving work assessment allowance (AAP), or on disability pension
- You do not have severe mental health problems
- You can understand and follow the course (no major thinking/memory difficulties)
