Who can take part

  • You have end-stage kidney disease (ESRD) and your care team thinks an AV graft is the best next option for dialysis access
  • You are between 18 and 90 years old
  • Your arm/forearm anatomy is suitable for an AV graft shape the surgeon can place safely
  • You can take antiplatelet medicine after the implant (blood thinners are allowed if you need them for another condition)
  • You expect to live at least 1 year and you can agree to the study after learning the details
  • During surgery, the artery and vein in your planned arm must look usable to the surgeon
