Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older with advanced or metastatic cancer that has either stopped responding to standard treatment or you cannot tolerate it
  • Your doctor can measure your tumors with scans and/or lab tests for this trial
  • You are well enough to take part (performance status that the trial describes as ECOG)
  • Your cancer testing shows RAS mutation in a tissue-agnostic tumor, or you have glioblastoma (with or without RAS mutation)
  • You are not currently receiving cancer treatment at the time you enroll
  • No major ongoing health problems or heart/ECG problems that could make the study unsafe
