  • Be between 18 and 64 years old
  • Be able to understand the study and sign written consent
  • Not have a known structural brain problem (like brain tumor or stroke)
  • Be able to safely have MRI and PET scans (no incompatible implanted devices, metal fragments, or severe claustrophobia)
  • Have kidney function strong enough for the contrast medicine (no severe kidney disease)
