- You are 18 years or older.
- You are either a healthy volunteer or you have been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) using the 2017 McDonald criteria.
- You do not have any metal implants or devices that would prevent you from having an MRI safely.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You have not had a heart attack, stroke, or serious heart problem in the last 6 months.
- You have not taken part in another research study that used radioactive agents within the past year.
