Pembrolizumab for advanced colorectal or lung cancer

Who can take part

  • You have advanced (metastatic) colorectal cancer with MSS, or advanced lung cancer
  • Your tumor does not have EGFR or AKT mutations
  • Your cancer has worsened after the required prior treatments (chemo alone for colorectal; chemo then an immune checkpoint drug for lung)
  • You have measurable tumors on scans and can be assessed during the study
  • Your body function tests are adequate, and you feel well enough (ECOG 0–1)
  • At least 4 weeks have passed since your last chemotherapy, and you have recovered from side effects
  • You do not have certain exclusions like prior organ transplant, brain (CNS) metastases, recent major bleeding, or an oxygen level under 92% while resting
