Who can take part
- Your child’s tumor must be GPC3-positive based on lab testing of tumor tissue (enough cells and staining to count)
- Age 1 to 21 years, with a life expectancy of at least 16 weeks
- They must be well enough overall (Lansky/Karnofsky score 60% or higher)
- If the tumor is liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma), it must match certain liver-stage criteria and a Child-Pugh score under 7
- Blood counts and organ tests must be strong enough (for example: neutrophils, platelets, hemoglobin, kidney function, oxygen level)
- No pregnancy or breastfeeding; if sexually active, they must use reliable birth control for 6 months after the T-cell infusion
