CAR T cells for recurrent glioblastoma that makes GPC3

Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older and have been diagnosed with recurrent glioblastoma (a brain tumor that has returned).
  • Your tumor must have a protein called GPC3 (the doctor will check a sample from a previous surgery).
  • You are able to perform daily activities with some help (Karnofsky score of 60% or higher).
  • Your kidneys, liver, and blood counts are within safe ranges (doctor will test these).
  • You are not pregnant or nursing, and you agree to use birth control for 3 months after treatment if you are sexually active.
