Who can take part

  • You have glioblastoma (GBM) proven by tissue testing, and it has progressed after your first treatment with temozolomide plus radiation
  • Your MRI shows at least one measurable tumor spot (about 10 mm or larger) that can be seen in scans taken at least 2 different slice levels
  • You did not receive radiation within the last 3 months before the tumor was found to be progressing
  • Your steroid medicine (like dexamethasone) dose is stable or going down, and you’re on the lowest dose needed to control swelling symptoms
  • Your general fitness level is good enough (ECOG 0 to 2), and you’re between 18 and 65 years old
