Who can take part

  • You have B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) that did not go away with initial treatment or has come back after treatment.
  • Your leukemia cells show both CD19 and CD22 markers on at least 80% of the cells.
  • You are between 1 and 70 years old.
  • You are well enough to do daily activities (ECOG score 0–2) and are expected to live at least 2 months.
  • You do not have serious organ problems, uncontrolled infections, or other cancers.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and have no active hepatitis B, C, HIV, or syphilis infection.
