Who can take part

  • You have type 1 diabetes and have been insulin-dependent for more than 5 years
  • In the last 12 months, you had at least two episodes of severe low blood sugar that were documented
  • Your diabetes treatment plan is stable (not recently changed)
  • You use a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) consistently for at least 3 months before screening
  • You are willing to keep using the CGM during the entire study
