Who can take part
- You have had type 1 diabetes for 5 years or longer and use insulin every day
- You have already received a kidney transplant
- You are on a stable dose of tacrolimus plus either mycophenolate mofetil, mycophenolate sodium, or sirolimus for at least 4 weeks
- You have been using a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) for at least 4 weeks and are willing to keep using it throughout the study
- You have not had an islet cell transplant or any other organ transplant besides a kidney, and you have had at most one kidney transplant
