Who can take part

  • You are age 18 or older and can sign the study consent form.
  • Your prostate cancer is confirmed by biopsy results (tissue or cells) and is metastatic or recurring in a limited way.
  • Your overall health is limited but still able to function (ECOG score 2).
  • You have scans (CT/MRI and specific prostate/bone scans) showing 1–10 suspicious spots, and your doctor plans imaging/testing to map them.
  • You are taking (or starting) systemic prostate cancer therapy, and PSA levels suggest recurrence under specific lab patterns.
  • You have had (or have planned) NGS testing on your tumor (a genetic test of the cancer).
