Who can take part
- You are age 18 to 70.
- You wear your AFO every day and have used it for more than 2 weeks.
- You can walk 50 feet without a cane, crutch, or walker (at a slow to moderate pace).
- Your AFO fits into regular shoes (there’s room for the brace with a taller heel insert).
- You can read and write in English and sign informed consent.
- Your walking pain during testing is not too high (no more than 6/10, and it shouldn’t get worse by more than 2 points during the test).
