Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older and can do daily activities at least fairly well (ECOG 0–2).
- Your nasopharyngeal cancer is confirmed by biopsy and is either back again or has spread.
- There are at least two visible tumor areas: one can be safely treated with radiation, and another will be left untreated but measurable on CT/MRI.
- You can have study blood tests, including an EBV blood test, and you can keep to the visit and treatment schedule.
- Your recent blood tests and organ function must meet limits (white blood cells, platelets, hemoglobin, kidney function, liver tests, and oxygen level at rest).
- You finished any prior radiation at least 14 days before starting this study, and you stop higher-dose steroid medicines at least 14 days before camrelizumab.
