This trial tests whether combining camrelizumab (an immune medicine) with stereotactic body radiotherapy (high-precision radiation) works better than camrelizumab alone. It’s for people whose nasopharyngeal cancer has spread to a small number of spots in the body and may help control those metastases longer.

Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 70 years old, and you can take part as either a woman or man
  • You finished full/curative radiation to the main tumor and nearby lymph nodes at least 3 months ago, and scans show it’s well controlled
  • You have already had at least one type of chemotherapy for advanced disease
  • Your scans show only a small amount of spread: no more than 5 total metastatic spots, and no more than 3 in one organ
  • Your health is good enough (ECOG score 0 or 1) and your doctors can treat all spots with stereotactic body radiotherapy
  • You can safely receive radiation: brain metastasis (if any) must be 3 cm or smaller, and other metastases (not in brain) must be 5 cm or smaller
