Who can take part
- You had an ischemic stroke (not a bleeding stroke), and it was recent
- You are between 18 and 65 years old
- Your stroke was not only a warning stroke (TIA) with no worsening
- You do not have severe memory/thinking problems that prevent understanding the study
- You can communicate enough to understand and answer questionnaires (with support if needed)
- You do not have a serious ongoing illness that would make it hard or unsafe to join
