Who can take part
- You are age 18 or older.
- Your Hodgkin lymphoma diagnosis is confirmed by tissue testing (biopsy).
- Your lymphoma meets “high-risk” relapse/refractory features (for example: symptoms at relapse, relapse soon after first treatment, or not in complete remission when transplant was planned).
- You must be well enough for treatment (Karnofsky score 70% or higher) and expected to live at least 6 months.
- Your treatment planning tests must fit: kidney and liver blood tests are within limits, heart pumping is strong (LVEF 50% or higher), and lung function meets thresholds.
- You must be able to collect enough of your own blood-forming cells for transplant (at least 2.0 million CD34 cells per kg) and recover from prior chemotherapy side effects to mild levels.
- You must agree to reliable birth control during the study and for 6 months after the last dose, and you cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding.
