- Baby has been diagnosed with cerebral palsy by a doctor, or is at high risk
- If at high risk: brain imaging suggests injury linked to CP, and the baby’s HINE score is very low or very high (less than 63 or more than 5 asymmetries)
- A prenatal substance exposure problem is not present
- No major birth differences (congenital malformations)
- Baby does not have drug-resistant epilepsy
- Baby must live somewhere the study team can reach for home visits, and be under 50 pounds
