Who can take part
- Be younger than 17 weeks corrected age (adjusted for prematurity, if relevant)
- Have a doctor’s concern for a brain injury/lesion that could lead to cerebral palsy, based on an MRI or ultrasound, or movement screening
- Have signs on an age-appropriate movement test (general movement assessment) such as absent fidgety movements
- Have a clinician assessment that the risk is serious enough that parents were told about the CP risk
- Not have severe genetic problems, severe heart problems, or serious metabolic (body chemistry) diseases; also, be able to join if not currently hospitalized
