Who can take part

  • Be a child under 18 years old
  • Weigh more than 9 kg if you are a patient (more than 6 kg if you are a control/comparison person)
  • Have immune-related disease due to a known genetic defect (for patients)
  • Get care at Necker Hospital (for patients)
  • A parent must be able to sign consent (and forms must be available)
  • Avoid certain recent meds: no antibiotics in the past 2 weeks (and no antiviral treatment for HIV/hepatitis)
