This trial tests brigatinib, a targeted pill medicine, in children and young adults with ALK-positive cancers (including ALCL and IMT, plus some other solid tumors). It’s designed to see how well it works and what side effects it causes in people whose tumors have a specific ALK change.

Who can take part
- Age 1 to under 26 years (Phase 1 only includes ages 1 to 18), and at least 10 kg weight so you can take brigatinib tablets by mouth
- A confirmed cancer diagnosis from tissue testing (biopsy/pathology), with tumor material available for central review
- Your tumor must be ALK-positive based on tumor lab testing (ALK protein for ALCL, or ALK gene change for other tumors), confirmed by a central lab
- You fit the right cancer situation: relapsed or hard-to-treat disease (and for IMT, not safely removable without major mutilation)
- Recent treatment limits: you must have recovered from prior side effects and be on an appropriate gap from chemotherapy/immunotherapy or other medicines
