Optimizing local treatments for ALK-positive lung cancer on brigatinib

Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older with stage 3 or 4 non-small cell lung cancer that has an ALK gene change.
  • You cannot have had any previous targeted therapy (TKI) for ALK.
  • You must have been on brigatinib for at least 3 to 9 months and your cancer is either stable or has shrunk, but not completely gone.
  • You should have 5 or fewer cancer spots (metastases) in your body, and no more than 2 in one organ.
  • You must be healthy enough to have local treatments like surgery, focused radiation, or heat/cold ablation for those spots.
  • Your liver, kidney, and blood counts need to be within certain ranges, and you must be willing to use effective contraception if needed.
