Who can take part
- You have heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (FH), not another type of high cholesterol
- You did not have a heart attack or stroke in the past 6 months
- You have no unstable chest pain (unstable angina) and no angina symptoms in the past 3 months
- Your heart pumping function is not too weak (no NYHA class III/IV heart failure and LVEF is at least 30%)
- Your blood pressure is not dangerously high (SBP ≤ 180 and DBP ≤ 110)
- You are not pregnant and you do not have several other key exclusions (see screening questions)
